We want you to be completely enamored with your House of Hackney treasures; however, if a piece isn't quite right for your sanctuary, we offer a 28-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke furniture, cut-to-measure fabrics, and wallpaper are non-refundable due to their unique, made-to-order nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original, protective House of Hackney packaging to ensure they remain pristine during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
